Meet Chef Tiffany

Tiffany first became interested in cooking at the age of 16. Her father owned Melrose, Greenwich Village eatery. Melrose gained notoriety for its trendy cuisine and as a frequent haunt of the stars. Her father’s passion for the culinary arts soon took a hold of her, and the roots of a career began to grow.

We’ve had Tiffany to our office at least a dozen times over the last couple years to prepare meals for groups of 8-20 guests. She is professional, consistent, insanely creative and we’ve never been anything but blown away with her cuisine. Whether it be how she sources local ingredients, forages for edible flowers to top a salad, or searches the farmers market for just the right fruit to accompany dessert her passion for her craft shows in the quality of her dishes. As an organizer I particularly appreciate her cleanliness, ability to adapt to any dietary restrictions, and clear communication. I look forward to many more successful dinners with Tiffany 🙂

a perfect experience! her food is exquisite

We had Chef Tiffany cook a fabulous meal for my bachelorette group of 12 girls and had a perfect experience! She is laid back and professional, her food is exquisite (need that Carrot puree recipe, Tiffany!), and she was completely accommodating of food restrictions and allergies in our group. This was our second time working with Tiffany, and she’ll continue to be a family favorite whenever we’re in the Sonoma area!
